Adding Notes

Step 1 - Create a Note

  • In the customer/contact profile, click on "Notes" tab, by selecting >(arrow icon)
  • Fill in the details and select "Add Note".
  • View the created Note on the Notes tab.

Or

  • In the left navigation bar, select Lead Follow-Up(icon)
  • Click to open the respective Follow-Up from the list you wish to add note
  • Select the "Notes" tab, fill in the details and select "Add Note".
  • View the created Note on the Notes tab.
